HM the King was eating and sleeping well and his fever decreased, according to the latest announcement by the royal palace.
Sunday's announcement, no 29, said doctors at the Siriraj Hospital continued to administer antibiotics as part of the treatment.
The king's "general conditions are good", the statement said.
